10 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies (Vegan)
I think we can all agree that we love a good chocolate chip cookie. However, making them often seems like quite a chore and takes a lot of time. These cookies are perfect for whipping up a quick dessert with minimal clean up, ingredients, and time!
Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup coconut oil (solid)
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup oat milk (any nut milk should work)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until cookie dough consistency is reached. Pop the dough in the fridge or freezer for 10-15 minutes. Scoop cookies onto parchment lined pan and bake for 12 to 15 minutes!
