Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Balls

My favorite ball recipe because they are so easy, fast, and taste like cookies without the hassle of the oven. Energy balls are some of my favorites because they are easy to grab + go and satisfy a sweet tooth! 

PB CHocolate Chip cookie Balls

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats

  • 1 TBSP Peanut Butter 

  • 3 Medjool Dates 

  • 3 Tsp Vanilla 

  • 3-4 TBSP Chocolate Chips 

  • 1 TBSP Warm water 

Directions:

Add all ingredients (except Chocolate chips) in food processor and blend until mix is sticky. 

Then, add in chocolate chips and pulse until chips are mixed evenly. 

Scoop and roll into balls (about 12) - save in airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
